One after you install it (first impressions), one after ~30 days of living with it. About 15 minutes total. Skip the marketing-speak — we want the blunt version.

If you're a fit, we email you to confirm your shipping details and door type so we send the right clamps.

Survey one — first impressions

Once it arrives and you've installed it, we send a short survey: how the install went, how it looks, whether the J-channel clamps made sense. This is the round that matters most to us.

Survey two — after real use

Around 30 days in, one more survey on how it's holding up in daily life — durability, your dog's behaviour, whether you'd recommend it.

Is it really free?

Yes. The unit is free, shipping is on us, and there's never any purchase required — during the beta or after. In exchange, we just ask you to complete both surveys.

Do I get to keep it?

You do. The Clawstopper is yours whether or not you make it through both surveys — though we'd really appreciate the feedback.

What if I'm not sure my door fits?

Pick "Not sure" on the form. Clawstopper is built for both standard residential doors and thicker hotel/commercial doors, and we'll help you confirm before we ship the right clamps.

How much time does this take?

Install takes about a minute — no tools. The two surveys are roughly 15 minutes combined, spread across the month you have it.

What happens to my information?

It's used only to run the beta and contact you about it. We don't sell it or share it. That's it.
